One of the ‘Four Noble Ones’ in classic Chinese arts and literature, the bamboo has a deep-rooted history in our culture as a symbol of virtue and traditional Chinese values, as well as the harmony between nature and human beings. Straight and resilient on the exterior and hollow in the middle, the bamboo represents the virtuous qualities of modesty and integrity.

The Bamboo Home Fragrance Collection’s design echoes the unperturbed elegance of the bamboo.

The outline of the graceful plant is depicted using watercolour techniques in contrasting yet complementing shades of verdant green to create depth, then elevated with luxurious gold-tone accents. The scented candle, housed in a fine bone china holder, features two charming variations of the motif set against an intricate lattice pattern.
